(Frontier, Book 2)
What rating would you give it?
4.5 of 5 Stars
What did you think of the book?
This is the much awaited sequel to Frontier Incursion.
I’m finding this book so compelling and engaging that it barely registered to me that it was “Book 2” in a series. There were parts that I honestly had no idea what was going on (due to the fact that I hadn’t read the first book in the trilogy) but I was still able to catch the gist and continue on with the epic space opera that unfolded within its pages. Now I need to find the first one to read.
Some really well-put together stuff! Who doesn’t love themselves some starcat adventures in space?
Would you recommend this book?
I would, but I’d definitely suggest any interested readers to read this trilogy in order. That way you won’t be put off trying to figure out what’s going on in this book when all was explained in the first. From what I’ve heard from other readers who HAVE read the first book, it would appear a great deal of information, backstory, and basic world-building and setting is done in the first book that – while not lacking in this book, certainly wasn’t all that present here. Probably because it was all established in the first book and… well… why would the author want to go about repeating themselves?
